Clinical Disclaimer and Nature of Service
- For Information and Guidance Only: This App is a clinical decision support tool designed to assist healthcare providers in triage and treatment planning. It does not replace professional medical judgment.
- Non-Physician Users: In instances where the User is not a licensed physician or is not legally authorized to prescribe medications in their jurisdiction, the App's outputs are for informational and general advisory purposes only.
- Final Authority: The advice, diagnosis, and treatment plan of a qualified, licensed medical doctor must always be considered final. Users are responsible for verifying all App suggestions against local clinical protocols.

Information We Collect
To provide our multi-stage clinical logic and professional development features, we collect:
- Account Data: Name, professional credentials, and contact information.
- Clinical Encounter Data: Audio recordings of patient interviews, text transcripts, physical exam findings, lab results, diagnostic imaging and graphs, medical records and patient images.
- User Analytics: Data regarding your usage patterns, including the thoroughness of history-taking and accuracy of physical exam inputs.

- Safety Monitoring: To scan clinical transcripts for high-risk vernacular and "Red Flag" conditions.

Data Residency and International Transfers
We adhere to strict data localization standards as required by Indian law:
- Patient/Clinical Data: All identifiable patient-related data, including audio files, clinical transcripts, and lab findings, are stored and processed exclusively on secure servers located within India.
- User Analytics and App Data: De-identified User Analytics, account information, and App performance data may be transferred to and processed on secure servers in the United States to facilitate the Personalized Education features and administrative support.
- Encryption: All data, regardless of location, is protected using industry-standard encryption both at rest and in transit.

- No Sale of Data: We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties.
- De-identified Research: We may share anonymized, de-identified datasets with research partners solely for building clinical intelligence and public health analytics.

Treatment of Minors' Data
The App is intended for use by adult healthcare professionals. However, we recognize that Users may process data relating to patients under the age of 18 ("Minors").
- Provider Responsibility: If you use the App for a Minor, you warrant that you have obtained verifiable consent from the Minor's parent or lawful guardian in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Protections: Minors' data is subject to the same strict de-identification and localization protocols as adult data.
